Neighbors turned front yard into circular drive a year ago, piles of cement, and dirt are still there. It's an eyesore, also uncut weeds around it. This is in Hyde Park.

Street markings need to be repainted. Worst section is 2nd Street from downtown to Hwy. 37. Also College & Walnut. Ms. Harker almost had a wreck because of lack of clear street markings.

This is a vacant lot that is overgrown w/trash, old tires, rats, and there are small children playing there.

Tree by west side of house (back yard) is hitting cable and phone wires. Telephone company told her it was City's responsibility. Sounds more like a utility easement or private property. Please check out and let her know.
