Construction trucks created this pothole months ago. With the recent rain, it has only gotten worse, even though most of the construction is finished. (I am the president of the Rosewood HOA Board.)

Large rocks and debris from construction on Hwy 37, hit the windshield of my new car that has cracked from the bottom to the top now.

Street light is malfunctioning. It will come on for 15 seconds then go off for several minutes. After it goes off it does maintain a small glow.

There is damaged pavement in the street that is creating issues for older homeowners when trying to navigate across the street for daily activities (such as getting mail, etc.).
