I live in Northwood Estates and travel daily on Kinser Pike from the bypass just to get home. After living here for 22 years, the amount of traffic has increased tremendously, especially BIG trucks. For the past 2 weeks, barrels, tape, etc have been placed there, restricting northbound turning in the left lane separately. What are the specific plans for the development and completion of this project? PLEASE complete this project before school resumes at Arlington and Bloomington High School North because in 1 afternoon I counted 28 buses going Southbound to the bypass. Plants along sidewalk have grown out enough to impede pedestrians, and they keep growing. Could be responsibility of 713 E. Cottage Grove, or maybe both.

This evergreen shrub (and the grapevines growing within) is hanging very low over the sidewalk so most pedestrians have to duck or walk around, which can be dangerous on the busy street. Its even worse when raining and the shrub is weighed down by the water.

Approximate location. Poison Hemlock in ROW, infringing upon the asphalt. There is no room for a pedestrian to step out off the road without getting tangled up in the brush. No picture this time. Chronic issue in this location.
