Steep bank on north side of property is overgrown, full of weeds, broken trees etc. Does not know if bank responsibility of owner or not.
Rental sign in yard makes it difficult to see Atwater when pulling out from Fess.
Weeds & grass need cut just east of this address. Prop owner : Don Cowden.
Tree /bush w/large leaves obstructing view when pulling out of Cory & going west onto 3rd St. Thinks Don Cowden is owner.
No permit to remodel upstairs bathroom into two bathrooms. Moved kitchen sink from north wall to east wall to do the remodel job. Electrical & plumbing work done without a permit. 13 yr. old boy working there too.
Stacking trash in the yard. Tenants not using tags. Accumulating trash behind shed.
Weeds & grass obstructing line of sight at NE corner of E. Miller Dr. & Covey Ln. 1245 is closest address .
Weeds obstructing sidewalk - causes pedestrians to have to walk in street. Also... same problem along S. Henderson St. between University & 1st St.
