DRAINAGE PROBLEM ON MADISON STREET NEAR DODDS. THORBECKE THINKS THAT THE CITY INSTALLED THE WALL LOCATED IN THE ALLEY CAUSING THE AREA NOT TO DRAIN PROPERLY. WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE TO CALL HER TO SCHEDULE TIME TO COME OUT & SEE AREA.

Field at Longview & Kingston next to Service Merchandise has weeds 1 1/2 feet tall. Lst yr contractor flattened instead of cutting. Costas wants weeds removed to help allergy sufferers.

Weeds overgrown at corner of W. 15th & N. Jackson so high it's hard to see when turning east. Remax sign in yard w/Brian Lapin's name on sign. Remax has not responded to their request to address problem.
