Damaris and Aldo Diaz at 2018 S Bernard Dr. have a white shih-tzu type dog named Benji that they would let outside the house without a leash for several months. I would often catch it on my property and I have called Animal Control about this issue before when I had enough. They still have not gotten control of their dog. I have attached an image from my Ring camera of this dog trespassing on my porch. This dog is aggressive and barks aggressively at passersby. It growls at me. I would attach the Ring video if I could of it squatting and sniffing in my yard for several minutes while the owners did nothing. I wish to remain anonymous in my complaint, as these neighbors have been very hostile toward me since the initial complaint. Thank you.

In the parking lot and around the pickleball courts you have Johnson grass growing taller than me and I'm 5'2 that's going to seed. This is a very invasive weed and needs to be pulled and the seeds thrown away as soon as possible or you'll be fighting it for the next 20 years. I pulled some tassels from around the courts, but it's also near the parking in the shade on the end of the pickleball courts close to the basketball courts.

My neighbors have a dog, and the dog's feces are constantly on the carpet and even on the metal door (on the floor). They smoke marijuana, and my apartment is filled with those smells. They've caused me to vomit from the dog's feces, and I've had fatigue and headaches from smoking (usually at night).
