The footbridge at the entrance to the trails is falling apart - it's probably one child jumping on it away from collapsing and causing injury.

1301 Woodhill Dr and 815 S. Larkspur Ln, both owned by Pendragon Properties have been vacant for weeks now. It is common practice for Pendragon it seems to leave windows open (presumably because they turn off HVAC to save costs?), and it has been humid and rainy increasing the chances of Black Mold and other issues related to moisture. This is not something new, and has been observed on these same properties an others in the neighborhood numerous times over the years. They are currently showing the houses to rent to (i.e. scam) new tenants, and it seems best if people were informed of their problems or if possible for the houses to be inspected. (Presumably, knowing Pendragon, there are other problems as well.)

Exposed garbage, rats and other animals opening bags of garbage at 710 E. Cottage Grove, which is next to a state-licensed day care facility. Also, speeding traffice on E. Cottage Grove, no sidewalk crossing or slow speed or children playing signs at this intersection.

704 W. 4th St. I couldn't find a category for this in uReport, but I know HAND deals with this. This rental property has an upholstered chair sitting on the front porch that needs to be removed.

I am not sure what the owner of this building has planned, but it seems there has seem some slow work done to the house since my husband and I have bought and renovated our home a year and a half ago. In this time, we have seen animals come and go from this abandoned house, seemingly homeless people come and go from the basement and the windows boarded up. This home is in utter disarray. With so many homes in the prospect hill area being renovated and maintaining the historical feel, this is one of the few if not the only home that is a major eye sore on our neighborhood. I am not sure if there can be anything done legally to motivate the owner to do renovations more quickly or to just tear it town. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated to address this problem. Not sure how to categorize this. Utility pole at NW corner or property is leaning east about 20 degrees off vertical with guy wires. Utility lines are hanging low enough to clip a very tall person or a truck.
