High levels of black mold in buildings at springmill apartment complex (specifically the first building with apartments 1-12) The property has been notified but has not responded or offered to clean up the problems. The problem has been a reoccurring one after the property previously cleaned up mold.

Retaining wall along alley is collapsing. House is close enough to wall that structural damage could occur. Property owner is the same as 427 N. Washington, which has also recently had a retaining wall collapse, but the owners just piled the cinder block back up and left it that way. That building is not so close to the wall as to create a hazardous situation - it is just an eyesore.
Large maple tree behind property (formally on 908 N. Walnut), has fallen into high voltage, primary distribution lines and snapped them. Tree remains suspended on remaining wires, broken ones are one the ground. All houses within a few blocks of this are now without electric service.
There is an electrical pole that is about to fall over, and it needs to be fixed so it doesn't fall onto the property
Old garage on property. No utilities. Appears to be occupied? Drug activity? Grounds are trashed by occupants.
What is going on here? A half-deconstructed building that is a danger to all who seek shelter on this property and a general eyesore. Are you aware that the 8’ basement is nearly full of water. Not a very safe place to bathe…I believe the city planning department (or the city in conjunction with the county) has the ability to condemn this structure and cause the cleanup of this site. I appreciate you mowing so quickly after I called to mow. There is still overgrowth there. Furthermore, I have seen people coming in and out of the empty building that used to be the red cross. I don't think they are supposed to be there. Can you post a sign that says no trespassing? They broke a window within the last week to get in.
There is a strong gas leak smell coming from the back of the house. We can smell it in adjacent yards and sometimes from the road. It was bad enough. We called the gas company who says that it is propane not natural gas and the smell was the leftover unburned gas coming out of the vents. This house should be using natural gas, so I believe that the furnace has been improperly modified and is using the wrong kind of gas. This is entirely without human supervision, because the owner does not live at this residence or in town.
