REPORTS THAT HE RAN CHILDREN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY YESTERDAY. THE PLACE IS GUTTED WITH NO FRONT DOOR, ONLY CAUTION TAPE. THERE ARE HOLES IN THE FLOOR, AN OPEN ELECTRICAL BOX AND NUMEROUS OTHER PROBLEMS. PLEASE INVESTIGATE RIGHT AWAY..HE WILL BE GONE FOR 2 DAYS AND IS GREATLY CONCERNED THE KIDS WILL COME BACK AND GET HURT.
ABANDONED STRUCTURE; WINDOWS HAVE BEEN BROKEN OUT; KIDS HAVING PARTIES IN THE BUILDING.
Delapidated house; not sealed; previously used by the fire dept. for training. Shed fell down into some trees; close to the street. Dangerous situation and an eye sore for the neighborhood. Mrs. Faulk called to check on the status of this complaint.
House has been vacant for years. Exterior siding missing, shed has halfway fallen down; no windows or doors.
Citizen called into to state that on W. 12th Street (didn't know the exact address) that there is a garage that is white with red shutters that is an eyesore to the neighborhood and appears to be unsafe especially the roof.
handrails rotten, HVAC sitting on rotten deck, holes in ceiling and floor inspection scheduled for 8/4 at 2:00 PM
tenant believes the house (commercial buidling)is unsafe and should not be rented scheduled for 1/30/06 at 3:00 PM
Blgtn Hosp called in a concern about a hole in the roof of this residence. They said that the hole was visible from the outside, and that the residence is occupied by a Ms. Patricia Chambers and her son.The EMT's saw the hole when they were at the residence.
