There is a house at the corner of W. 16th & Woodburn. "House is in delapadate state need to be hauled to the landfill."
White 2-story house in the 700 block of W. 7th St. is boarded up, but someone has partially removed a board from the window at the rear of the property. Neighbors have been seeing people in the upstairs at night. The stairway area at the rear of the house, which leads from the basement to the outside is full of water, which is several feet deep. The basement must be full of water. Ms. Stanfield is concerned that a child could drown.
Unsecured home; possible evidence of homeless use, and drug use.
Tenant questions the soundness of the building. Rental is above Little Tibet.

Former tenant moved out house is empty. Abandonded vehicle, piles of trash & old furniture at the side of the house. Rats in the trash. Door handle on the front door has been wrenched off so anyone can and is going in. Old door, trash, screens, & screen door on back porch. She called BPD when seeing what appeared to be lighters flickering. 2 men were arrested.
Mr. Waxler reports people living at this house with no utilities on. He stated that this has been going on for quite a while.
Ms Cervone stated that the roof leaks and is coming down in her daugthers bedroom and other parts of the house, electrical wiring is not safe, sewer backs up, garage door has fallen down which she has had to secure, receptacles not working in her bedroom.
