Mr. Eckert called to report that the property at 1022 N. Woodburn has been vacant for years. He reported that the yard is full of trash, tires, broken glass, rats, etc. His concern is health related since he lives next door.
Garage/shed type structure with roof falling in, has two large metal doors. One of the metal doors is coming off the hinges and Ms. Worley is concerned that the wind will blow the door off and into the street possibly hurting someone. She also noted that the owner does not live there.
Unsafe structure at rear of this property.
(Not sure if address correct) Gate at Public Transit lot where buses pull in is broken. Said children get in there after hours to play in sand & on equipment. Residents & parents of children living in neighborhood are concerned for children's safety. Would like gate repaired ASAP.
Renewed from 93-CE-161 complaint. Original complaint weeds, trash & unsafe bldg. Asbestos abatement, demolition.

Received fire incident report from fire dept. Trailer is not secured & possibly unsafe. See report attached. Buchanan is tenant. Owner is: Phillip Anderson.
Officer Coleman (BPD) reports house in total disrepair & unasfe. Floor buckling up in living room. Walls falling in, ceilings falling, bad roof, wet caprpets, pans sitting everywhere w/awter in them, lights on & nobody home. Owner has been gone for 4 months (possibly out West - BPD dispatch has more info) Door is open on left side of house leading to garage.
There is an old underground water cistern located on a parcel of land owned by Utilities on John Young Rd. It has open lid and could be a safety hazard.
