High levels of black mold in buildings at springmill apartment complex (specifically the first building with apartments 1-12) The property has been notified but has not responded or offered to clean up the problems. The problem has been a reoccurring one after the property previously cleaned up mold.
At the intersection of Clark and 8th Street, there is a house that the owner has completely filled with old newspapers. Now that the house has no more space he is starting to put newspapers into the front yard. The owner has also put gas containers in front of the building. I am concerned that this is a big fire hazard.
All 3 elevators are not working right now at the Standard Apartment complex. Is this legal? Is there anything the city can do to ensure that the elevators work properly? There have been ongoing issues with various elevators and now they’re all non/functional. Thank you!
Blgtn Hosp called in a concern about a hole in the roof of this residence. They said that the hole was visible from the outside, and that the residence is occupied by a Ms. Patricia Chambers and her son.The EMT's saw the hole when they were at the residence.
See case #188200. The section of the retaining wall along Lincoln is getting worse and it looks like it could fall any minute. Has anyone actually gone out to look at this? Why wait until it collapses before doing something about it?
Has any action been taken (or at least a decision made) about case #188674?
Outbuildings need to be sealed, someone living in building on northeast corner of property.
