Tenant called to say that floor structure is failing.
Small retaining wall near the back of this lot on the 3rd street side looks to be failing. Looks like it is being held up by a tree stump.
Father of tenant @ Hoosier Courts at Henderson. Concerned about unsafe mobile homes at Vermilya. Condition of homes and park grounds are a nuisance and a hazard. What can be done?
This property is an abandoned building project. It has an open pit that needs to be filled, trash to picked up, property maintained, and electirical wires disconnected. Children play near this site often and it is very unsafe for anyone to be around.
Possible unregistered rental. Caller says someone lives here but his parents own the trailer. Windows boarded up, no water, holes in floor. I advised her that this may not meet the threshold of an unsafe structure and was not necessarily a rental.
Emergency vehicle personnel said inside of trailer is filthy -- trash, garbage, liquor bottles, windows boarded up. Water shut off since April 27, 2004. Hospital personnel reported problem.
Ms Evans said that the building has been vacant for 6 years. The roof has caved in and there is a terrible gas/septic smell.
There is a mobile home behind 2400 S. Madison the is not habitable. The porch is falling in and the white underpinning is falling off. The grass has been cut and the neigbor at 2400 S. Madison found a snake in her kitchen.
Abandonded trailer, possibly unsafe.
