Siding is falling off building and into yard of neighboring property
Officer Coleman (BPD) reports house in total disrepair & unasfe. Floor buckling up in living room. Walls falling in, ceilings falling, bad roof, wet caprpets, pans sitting everywhere w/awter in them, lights on & nobody home. Owner has been gone for 4 months (possibly out West - BPD dispatch has more info) Door is open on left side of house leading to garage.
officer responding to alarm noted deck which extends around back of building is rotted through and in danger of collapse, concerned it will collapse when officers respond to frequent alarms
handrails rotten, HVAC sitting on rotten deck, holes in ceiling and floor inspection scheduled for 8/4 at 2:00 PM
REPORTS THAT THERE WAS A FIRE IN THIS MOBILE HOME AND THE FLOORS ARE OUT OF IT AND IT STANDS WIDE OPEN. HUSBAND IS IN JAIL AND WIFE IS DENISE HUDSON 812-865-8412. THERE IS NO INSURANCE. UNSAFE STRUCTURE.

This commercial building burned in November. structure is open to the elements. check to see if it is Unsafe.
Rails to Trails: there is barbed wire in a patch of trees. She was walking around dusk and walked into it. Had to get 6 stitches. Is in the Sommersby neighborhood. (It sounds like there is a small path that leads from Sommersby to the main trail. This is where she encountered the barbed wire. This may not actually be a "real" path.)
