Mr. Eckert called to report that the property at 1022 N. Woodburn has been vacant for years. He reported that the yard is full of trash, tires, broken glass, rats, etc. His concern is health related since he lives next door.
Renewed from 93-CE-161 complaint. Original complaint weeds, trash & unsafe bldg. Asbestos abatement, demolition.
Large hole beside & underneath house - approx. 15' deep.
Received fire incident report from fire dept. Trailer is not secured & possibly unsafe. See report attached. Buchanan is tenant. Owner is: Phillip Anderson.
There is an old underground water cistern located on a parcel of land owned by Utilities on John Young Rd. It has open lid and could be a safety hazard.
POSSIBLE UNSAFE ELECTRICAL IN ALLEY BEHIND LEOFOO Completed site inspection. Weatherhad has fallen apart and appears to have arched. The insulation on the ungrounded conductors has deteriorated and fallen off. New service entrance conductors will have to be installed. Talked with manager. Owners are gone today, but will be back tomorrow. Owner is Arman Valaie.
Old wooden garage next to alley is falling apart. Children have been seen going in and out of it. Caller is afraid one of them will get hurt
