Between 11th & 12th on Lincoln there is a retaining wall crumbling into the sidewalk causing a hazard. North East Corner
Property appears abandoned, yard full from overgrowth. Vines go inside building, dilapidated, poses potential for hazard
Construction going on in back yard. No permit posted in an obvious place. Large excavation done against foundation. No supports in place and pit is dark at night. Drunks could fall in at night.
This house has been abandoned since bob raper died over two years ago. The roof is caving in and the neighbors are concerned about squatters. What is the status? This is a blight on our neighborhood.
Citizen called into to state that on W. 12th Street (didn't know the exact address) that there is a garage that is white with red shutters that is an eyesore to the neighborhood and appears to be unsafe especially the roof.
Can the mayor or risk management or the lawyers or human resources please explain what safety policies are? Who is in charge of the virus response? A coworker in another department told me yesterday that city workers are to wear masks now if around others, but our director isn't and coworkers aren't. We all are supposed to have cloth masks aren't we? Everything is super unclear or not followed. Who is even supposed to be at work? And definitely most folks walking around aren't masked it doesn't sound like. Can a mass email go out? Or an online meeting or something?
Front window smashed in. Door was open. Abandoned property.
Not sure what category this falls under, and not clear who owns the property (private or RR.) Can the City cleanup garbage dumps that were created by vagrants, or at least enforce that attention be paid to them? There are syringes, etc. lying in the woods close to a main thoroughfare. Some drunk could wander in there at night and be injured.
