this property has been vacant for 25 years. the house is falling away from the chimney. there are holes in the foundation. Rails to Trails: there is barbed wire in a patch of trees. She was walking around dusk and walked into it. Had to get 6 stitches. Is in the Sommersby neighborhood. (It sounds like there is a small path that leads from Sommersby to the main trail. This is where she encountered the barbed wire. This may not actually be a "real" path.)

This house has been vacant for years. The door is standing open, and the floor is rotten. A child could wander in, and fall through the floor. Southwest corner of 16th & Woodburn Avenue. There are rats on the property.

Mr. Eckert called to report that the property at 1022 N. Woodburn has been vacant for years. He reported that the yard is full of trash, tires, broken glass, rats, etc. His concern is health related since he lives next door.
