this property has been vacant for 25 years. the house is falling away from the chimney. there are holes in the foundation. Thinks the address is 614 W. 7th. Name on mailbox is Clemmons. The roof has fallen through in the house. Someone is occupying the house. The whole house is full of trash. Trees have grown up through the porch and house roof.

The property 616 N Plymouth Rd has not been occupied for many years. (We have lived at our current address for over 19 years.) While the grass is mowed, there is now a dead tree on the side of the property that periodically falls into Beacon Ct after storms. In addition, there is a broken window in the front and evidence of animals inside. The entire property is slowly decaying and is becoming quite an eyesore.

618 E. Atwater The roof has to be on the verge of collapse. If someone were to enter this structure, who knows what could happen to them. Beyond the fact that it is blight right in the middle of one of the most important parts of the city, the property and the structure is a danger to anyone near it. Please do something about this. It has been sitting like this entirely too long.
