Open utilities box north side of building 9. Flood water caused it to come open.
Broken drain still not fixed. Risk of small animals or people legs to fall into. Maintenance has been aware of it for several months with no fix.
It has come to my attention that the pool room and several rooms on the 4th floor are experiencing significant deterioration, including mold growth. These issues have not been addressed, and I am concerned about the impact on the overall condition of the property.
Flickering outdoor lights from raccoon and water damage. Large holes in roof. Excessive growth, fabric curtains in front porch make this house a hazard. There is an open report on this home for over 200 days with Mike Arnold. Nothing has been find and the neighborhood is aware of the city report having been filed. This house is a violation of many city codes and nothing is being done.
I just watched the inspector look at this and reported that it was closed however it is still clearly open and a hazard. North side of building 9
