Nearly identical to case #188757 involving previous tenant at this location, and generally to cases #193315, #193314, and #193039. New tenant has been observed driving west from Lincoln along 11th Street against the one-way direction to get to alley where parking spot is located. Car was a BMW SUV with Indiana (Elkhart County) license plate.
There is alot of through traffic and vehicles speed through with alot of pedestrian activity in the area.
People regularly speed on this road. It is unsafe.
This man was inches from my back bumper from third street to 11th street. When I turned left onto 11th street this guy past me on the left fast he turned right onto Lindbergh Drive when I turned right he slowed down then slammed on his breaks and stopped in front of me causing me to break and almost hit him in the rear then he sped off
Speeding,black dodge charger upwards of 10 times a day. Lots of speeding cars,but the black charger is out of control.
2007 Nissan Murano with vehicle plate TK340OOX conducted a right turn at the signal where there was a sign saying "No turn on red" while their signal was red at 10th and union street. now that sare is blocked off the trafficon rogers near the sare round about is doubled and their speeds are crazy fast can their be monetering? and police present
A beat up RV has been parked on the corner of n Monroe st and w 11 Street for a week. A few times someone has drove off in it but they come back and park it again the same spot . The street department has been notified but the RV is still there .
