On the corner of Moore's Pike and SR 446 is a flashing lite--yellow on 446 and red on Moore's Pike. I nearly caused an accident: I stopped while eastbound on Moore's Pk and then entered the intersection to turn left while a car was coming south 446 at full speed. I know the intersection well, but forgot that 446 has right of way & I thought 446 traffic had to stop. Please, please, please remind the drivers that "Cross traffic doesn't stop." Place flashing signs on the light and on a street sign proximal to the light. I was with my mom and talking, but not texting or fiddling with the radio. Please increase the sign warnings. My husband also once almost forgot. It's dangerous!!!!

Timing of left turn traffic light allows cars turning left onto south college off of 3rd at bypass to totally block cars heading east at 3rd and bypass sometimes or entire signal cycle. The backup is traffic light at east land plaza near Fazolis.Many cars honk, Veer into other traffic lanes, dangerous "adjustments"yelling etc.

On East 17th Street in front of the Devault Alumni Center (1000 E 17th St) there is a well-used pedestrian crosswalk. The white stripes are faded and at the crest of a hill, which makes them difficult for cars to see. A sign in the center of the roadway to highlight where the crosswalk is would be more eye-catching and will help drivers notice the crosswalk. The crosswalk is also right across from a bus stop, so this causes further confusion for drivers, who may be unsure if people are waiting for the bus or getting ready to cross. If a new island type sign was erected and the bus stop was moved 40-50 feet east of the crosswalk, I believe it would make this area much safer for pedestrians and drivers.

Dear Street Department, I recently moved into an apartment located in lower Bloomington on Willow Court. The stop sign at the intersection looks horribly worn and I worry that it might become a hazard. I realize it's not a high priority since Willow Court is small and has little traffic. However, there are children in the area and I worry for their safety so I thought I would at least give it a shot reaching out to you guy. Spot lights are poorly timed going both east away from Curry Pike along Third St and mostly west toward Curry Pike. Please fix and make traffic flow more easily along Third St, especially going west. And also especially at Third and Curry going east after 4 p.m.

The light at 3rd and Wynnedale creates major traffic problems, bringing all of 3rd street to a standstill constantly. I have seen near misses constantly of people impatiently cutting off each other or stopping in the middle of intersections. The light needs to be fixed to facilitate the flow of traffic safely.

Dangerous intersection - should install traffic controls to prevent people heading South on Curry Pike to turn East in to Speedway and keep people from turning South out of Speedway. This intersection is very busy and I have seen multiple near misses in the last few weeks.
