New stop light at Rolling Ridge way had traffic on 2nd street backed up to The Eye Center at 5:10pm. Usually takes around 10 minutes for me to get home it was 20 due to the poor timing of the new light. There was a time around 5:20pm where the light was only green going down 2nd street for a minute before it turned red. Safety concern as well for ambulances trying to get down 2nd street (especially by the co-op where there is cement barriers in the middle of the road). Will be a huge concern when 37 (I-69) 2nd street ramps under construction in a few months.

Good Evening, Since the light at Ridgeway (I'm pretty sure that's the st, it's right in front of Twin Lakes Gym) and 2nd Street started working on Monday traffic in the morning, but especially in the evening, has been horrendous on 2nd St. It is now currently taking me about 40 minutes to get from the IU Campus to Eller Rd when leaving campus around 5:15. Traffic is bumper to bumper from 2nd and Rogers until after the new light. I feel like this is not just a ridiculous amount of traffic for a city the size of Bloomington, but that it is creating dangerous traffic situations. I'm afraid it's going to cause accidents. I am submitting this request to replace the street sign on E Thorton Drive (off of S Henderson St & across from the Black Lumber Company on the south-side of town). The street sign is currently missing. Thank you.

Shrubs in front of Gouldys restraunt supply at 17th and Willis drive are obstructing view of on coming traffic while trying to pull out of Willis drive looking back to the west.

At 15th and Walnut, just west of Walnut, the curb is painted to allow parking. Often there are three cars parked there. When a car is parked as close to Walnut as legally possible according to the yellow curb, it is impossible to come east on 15th and get back over to the stop sign behind the stop line. This means the rear end of one's car is sticking into the westbound lane of 15th, or else the front is sticking into Walnut. If the yellow curb were extended westward from the intersection to leave room for just two cars to park, it would be simple to get over to the stop line and not be in the way of westbound traffic on 15th. Someone has parked a construction dumpster in the alley between Wylie and Dodds, just off of S Rogers.

TOTALLY fucked that people are allowed to block an alley with a construction dumpster when they have a driveway that is large enough to contain the dumpster. THANKS so much for looking out for the public...oh yeah, I forgot, private individual needs always trump the public...this city sucks

A street sign was recently installed at E Thornton Dr & S Henderson St (on the southside of town), and it is missing again. I'm not sure if the recent high winds may have blown the sign off, or what happened. Also, the street sign at E North Dr & S Henderson St (by South High School) is reversed. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter.
