Our street, North Fritz Drive, is receiving a significant amount of drive-through traffic of people trying to skip the busy traffic light at the Bypass. Myself, my wife and my 16 year old daughter have all been in multiple very close calls recently from drivers going between 35 and 45 miles per hour on a neighborhood street where the speed limit should be no more than 20 mph. We strongly suggest that speed bumps be placed on Fritz Drive asap. It is clear many drivers coming West on the Bypass are going North on Dunn St, into Matlock Heights, then flying down Fritz Drive to get to North Walnut. Please don't hesitate to contact myself, C. I have started commuting to work on my bicycle and this prevalent and irresponsible action of drivers running red lights, especially when making left turns, just became increasingly dangerous now, more than ever. This happened to me this morning going north on the bypass crossing 3rd street. I had the green signal for more than a second yet the driver continued to make her left turn coming the opposite way, passing behind me! I witness this offense every day and is simply unacceptable.

When work was being done on Tapp and Rockport, temporary sets of speed bumps were put in on Adams Hill Circle and Countryside lane. Every morning when I drive to work I travel Adams Hill Circle to Countryside to Rockport and go over 5 sets of speed bumps, and I go over the same 5 sets on the way back home. The temporary speed bumps are no longer needed since the construction at Tapp and Rockport is complete. I would argue they are no longer needed at all, but if members of the community still want some, please remove at minimum 3 out of these 5 speed bumps on this route; they are excessive.

I have currently lived on Kinser Pike for a little over three years, but in this last year I have witnessed two accidents right in front of my home. Two others were witnessed by my neighbors, for a total of four this year alone (not including the semi that took out the utility pole at the skate park). Just this morning (3/20/2019), a car spun out and almost crashed into the timber once again while I sat in my kitchen. I am extremely concerned about the curve on Kinser Pike right after the skate park. Traffic has become unbearable since we truly only have one way in and out of the neighborhood and to BHSN. I have also witnessed several school buses exceeding the speed limit by what I would guess is at least 10 MPH. I ask the city to please consider looking into this issue as we have children who live on this street as well as pedestrians crossing the street or using the sidewalks. This is still a neighborhood and it needs to be treated like one, not a highway.

Consistently vehicles are running through stop signs at the corner of Olcott and Winston between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Often speeding at 20 mph or above. There are many young children who may be at risk.

Heading south (up the hill) on N. Blue Ridge Dr, I want to turn left onto E. Blue Ridge Dr. The shrubs are so dense that I cannot see oncoming traffic. Photo is standing on E. BRD; I would be approaching from the right and aiming to turn left.

Speed limit enforcement on E. Winston Street. Posted speed limit is 25mph, but cars do not respect this speed limit, especially when traveling down hill at Winston and Sare Rd intersection. Please enforce the speed limit. We have several small children in this area. Maybe a sign that says "Drive like your children live here"?

The resident at 3030 86th st Bloomington always parks his car halfway in the street. Currently the snow plows can not clear the area and it’s at an already dangerous intersection. Please endorse parking requirements with him to ensure safety for all.

Accessibility and safety issue at intersection of Williamsburg drive and the access roads to Best Buy and Barnes and Noble. There should be a stop sign for both Northbound and Southbound vehicles on Williamsburg to make it safe to cross.
