We just moved back to Bloomington after being overseas the past two years. In the two weeks here, at the traffic circle near our house there have now been three incidents where traffic just barrels into the circle at E. Rogers and S. Sare Rd. without caring about the traffic already in it. We have had to stop from being hit on two of these occasions, the other we observed. Is there any signage or other measure that can be done to make this intersection more safe? Thank you for any attention you can give to this.

There needs to be a roundabout or traffic light at Prow & Arlington, because it is a nearly daily issue, twice a day, because the intersection is an unprotected free-for-all PLUS inexperienced drivers.

Cut through traffic heavy heavy heavy on Morningside with closure on 3rd. That the designated route? Please provide signs for detour if not. Also please assign police officer to monitor now and again in construction. As speeding through neighborhood. Thank you.

Thanks but I see done going outside of the parking place markings into a lane of traffic.

Thank you for the question- the areas that are being used for seating for the parklets are all contained within the existing parking spaces and not within what is considered the travelled way. With that in mind, the water-filled barricades are not being used as traffic control devices, but rather as a physical delineation between the seating and the road itself.

new Greenway bump outs are fine. anyone hitting them is clearly going too fast and not paying enough attention. don't add unnecessary light pollution with more reflectors. people need to look

I quite often use the road from Lower Cascades Park to Kinser Park and have been involved in near accidents. Why were guard rails not installed on the east side of the hilly, curvy area because the drop-off is significant and not lighted at night? Just a suggestion for all motorists. Thanks.
