This location needs a street sign indicating that Hathaway Courts is a dead end (or a no through street sign). Numerous vehicles each day come down the street in an attempt to get to the parking lot for the tennis courts at Southeast Park. A sign would reduce the traffic that comes down the street looking for the park.
Hazardous potholes
Crosswalk paint almost completely gone and very difficult to see in the dark. When taking left off of Atwater to veer back towards 3rd street; the triangle intersection where you can choose to go right or left onto third.
When traveling on E Thornton Dr headed west, when trying to turn unto Henderson, there is foliage that needs to be trimmed. My roommate and myself have had several close calls there. Traffic seems to get going really fast down that hill. Could possibly use a dangerous intersection sign or caution sign of some sort.

Dear Street Department, I recently moved into an apartment located in lower Bloomington on Willow Court. The stop sign at the intersection looks horribly worn and I worry that it might become a hazard. I realize it's not a high priority since Willow Court is small and has little traffic. However, there are children in the area and I worry for their safety so I thought I would at least give it a shot reaching out to you guy. Thank you for taking time to read this and any help you can provide. I hope your department is having a wonderful day! Sincerely, Emma Rausch
I live on the Waterman section of W. 8th Street. A few years ago, before the city repaved our road, there were yellow center lines and also marked roadside parking spaces. When will the city repaint those lines? It has been a few years already. We have an issue of people speeding on our road, which they do by driving down the center of it regardless of oncoming traffic, pedestrians, and bicyclists. I think the speeding was less of an issue back when the road lines were painted because those lines prevented people from driving down the middle of the road like they do now. I think repainting the center lines and the parking spot lines, we could actually solve the speeding problem.
Extremely dangerous intersection for all transportation types. Even without the current roadwork on this corner, there are close calls every single day. This needs a light or diversion of pedestrians.
Hi, I am concerned about the intersection of Hillside and Nancy. When traveling south on Nancy and coming up to the stop sign on Hillside, the property to left and right of Nancy is overgrown with vegetation. This makes it hard to see oncoming Hillside traffic from the east. It also makes it hard to see pedestrian traffic approaching the intersection from the west.
