We have received a complaint (Mary Frazier, 349-3100) that it is difficult to pull out of the old Monroe County Bank parking lot on E 4th Street. The lot is on the North side of 4th in the 300 block, just East of the alley and now owned by Old National Bank. As you can see, the curbs are only painted back a few feet from the exit.
