There is a car currently parked in the alley way between the townhouses on Samuel Lane. Cars are also parked in the no parking zone on Ezekiel Drive almost every day. Fire trucks have had issues getting through in the past. Most of the individuals are from the apartments.
Traffic issue around tri north due( Tri north areas Dyer Blair and maple 14th st) to increase of students, and parent pick ups. Safety concerns. I have two videos showing concern 1 where it one way traffic due to parked cars on both sides of roads and I almost get hit. There has been an ongoing issue at The Element - The Mill Apartments, particularly in the area adjacent to the townhomes near S. Samuel Ln. Multiple vehicles have been consistently parking in the alleyway behind the townhomes, which not only blocks access to garages but also creates a significant inconvenience for residents. Additionally, vehicles are being parked along Ezekiel Drive, despite clear signage indicating that parking is not permitted in that area. It appears that the root of the issue may be insufficient parking availability for current tenants at The Element. However, this ongoing situation is causing mounting frustration for the townhome residents, who are directly impacted by these parking violations. We request that this matter be promptly addressed in coordination with Adam Village management to find a suitable and lasting resolution.

This car has been parked on N Brook Hollow Ct for over 6 months without being moved. It has sat for so long the tire has gone flat. It has now caused the street to not be plowed appropriately preventing the mail delivery drivers from being able to drive up to mailboxes. This has been reported more than once before the weather turned snowy with no response
White Mustang parked on Eastside Drive too close to the intersection. Indiana license plate 261 LTW. White Ford Mustang. Car has been in this location from Monday 10-14, 7 pm until 10-15, 8 am (at the time of me submitting this online form). The car obstructs drivers approaching from the west on Maxwell Lane turning south on the 900 S. block of Eastside Drive.
Natural gas workers heavy equipment has been parking on the 900 block of East Side drive for several months. The daily noise is the biggest, though not only problem. Each day, their work takes them further from this location, yet they return to this spot to park. It is an unfair burden to have the source of this extraordinary disruption in our faces for so long. Please require them to find another location to park. I have a sleep disorder and this noise has become a threat to my health, as well as a disruption to the peace of our neighborhood -- for months!
Black Honda Odyssey van, sitting for over a week without license plates. Neighbors don't have enough parking for registered vehicles.
The street parking on N Walnut St, between 11th and 14th, is causing an issue with safe travel. Because there are no painted parking spaces, cars are packed in more tightly than they should be which is also causing many vehicles to encroach into the driving lane because they can’t properly fit.
