I don’t see a need for a 4 way stop …. Rarely is anyone coming out of Zenith and severe potholes in road on Profile
Yet another accident in front of my office again... I hold the city of Bloomington and the state of Indiana responsible for the idiotic and dangerous changing of the lanes from 4 to 2 with a crazy middle turn lane where cars come head on at each other trying to turn left. I urge you to remove the bike Lanes and remove the center turn lane and turn this back into four lanes. People are going to get killed.
When going North on Rogers pedestrians have the walk signal to cross 3rd when traffic turning from Rogers onto 3rd has a protected turn signal. This is extremely dangerous for pedestrians because motorists are not expecting pedestrians to have the walk sign.
Bushes blocking view when trying to turn on Williamsburg Dr
Why is north bound traffic on College crossing the 45/46 bypass such a short green light? Only three cars can make it through before it turns red. It causes really long waits during rush hour, IU move-in etc and encourages people to dangerously run red lights.
When turning left out of the B-Line trailhead on W Country Club Drive, the visibility is blocked by foliage just off the sidewalk. This makes it very difficult to see the oncoming traffic, and could cause an accident. The solution is straightforward, trim back the foliage that is blocking the line of sight.
The stop light going north and south is ridiculously short. We need more time to let all the cars through. Sometimes the light goes three times before we can go through it.
Pavement failure and subsequent pavement void at a drainage grate located on the east side of South Park Ridge Road at approximately 39.162614, -86.476202 or thereabouts. The failure has an underlying void of indeterminate depth and is parallel with northbound travel for vehicles/bicycles on the roadway thus presenting a hazard for cyclists or further deterioration for autos/trucks.
At the intersection of east third and smith the “no turn on red” sign is not visible.
