This Subaru has been parked continuously from December 9th/Tueday a.m. through December 11th/Thursday pm, then parked in the same spot later December 11/Thursday p.m to December 12/Friday as I submit this report.The license plate is “Indiana LWDBB”. I simply want this to be documented with the City of Bloomington .I have other photos of this Subaru with time stamps for each day and I suspect this car managed to be moved just short of the 72 hour threshold for a car being tagged as a possibly being abandoned. FWIW, this is a chronic problem on the 900 south block of Eastside Drive. We have cars parked daily/overnight and these are students that live in the Maxwell Terrace apartments and avoid an added monthly parking fee by Maxwell Terrace by using Eastside Drive as their free open air parking 24/7. The daily numbers swell as the academic year advances. I’m not expecting any action on this car from Parking Enforcement. I just want the information to be documented for future issues. Spot lights are poorly timed going both east away from Curry Pike along Third St and mostly west toward Curry Pike. Please fix and make traffic flow more easily along Third St, especially going west. And also especially at Third and Curry going east after 4 p.m.

The light at 3rd and Wynnedale creates major traffic problems, bringing all of 3rd street to a standstill constantly. I have seen near misses constantly of people impatiently cutting off each other or stopping in the middle of intersections. The light needs to be fixed to facilitate the flow of traffic safely.

Dangerous intersection - should install traffic controls to prevent people heading South on Curry Pike to turn East in to Speedway and keep people from turning South out of Speedway. This intersection is very busy and I have seen multiple near misses in the last few weeks.

This city is nothing but a cluster . To get across the highway you either have to go start so far out north go curry Pike or so far out south and take that road and it's bullshit i'm sitting on country club right now trying to get to my daughter after having to avoid third Street and second Street and I'm actually in one lane here because of workers I'm wondering who I complain to about getting some organization to the city ... I thought planning ahead would be a part of the construction process Highway and city Wise

I was damn near killed today by a car that didn't stop at the corner of High Street and Maxwell Lane. The car was coming south on High Street while I was coming west on Maxwell. There is no crosswalk at the intersection, but there is a stop sign for traffic. The stop sign is not stopping traffic.

HI, I suggest adding some red reflectors to the traffic bump-out at the corner of 3rd and Jackson as the street jogs around the Paris Dunning House and heads west on the one-way part of the street. For reasons I don't understand, there have been at least 4 people in the last couple weeks who have driven over the bump-out and had a flat tire. In one case the man broke the steering arm on his vehicle, and he could not even move very far out of the way. I know this bump-out has been there for years, but I think there used to be reflectors in the bump-out. It seems to me some reflectors could help. I assume some of the people call the city to complain. Also, one of the neighbors said similar accidents occur at the bump-out close to her house. Maybe new reflectors all down this section of Third Street would help.

Could some signage and/or barrels be put up to indicate that the right turn lane is closed at the Gordon Pike/South Walnut (southbound) intersection (for those turning west onto Gordon pike)? The barrels cannot be seen until the driver is actually in the very long turn lane. Could have a "get over" arrow back by the animal shelter. Thank you!
