The striping separating the eastbound lane of W Dodds St from the westbound lane/S College merge lane is always gone. This creates visual confusion. Many drivers going east drive in the middle of the road because it appears unstriped. Then, drivers coming southbound from S College don't realize that they have a small width to turn into, causing a severe collision hazard. I use this junction to leave my neighborhood, and 80% of the time, someone is flying down south on S College and coming far too close to my vehicle at speed. This could be fixed with a small, highly visible *physical barrier*, perhaps of concrete or rubber. I have not once seen the painted stripe at this location since it apparently wears off so fast.

People have been using this walking trail as a road using cars, trucks, and motorized scooters. Driving cars on this path is unacceptable. There was once a cable at the top stopping people from driving but it has been cut. Please put a metal post at the beginning and end of this path preventing vehicles before someone gets injured.

The south side of West Allen Street has always been no-parking any time, but recently more and more vehicles are parking on the southside and blocking traffic. Our signs that show it's no parking are faded and spaced about three houses apart. I didn't know if the signs need to be updated or we need more signs, or does more enforcement is need to solve this issue before it gets much worse. Thank you for any help you can provide.

West 3rd Street from S Rogers to Patterson is a narrow residential street. Lots of trucks use this street. W 3rd. St. is designated “neighborhood residential street” in the Bloomington Transportation Plan which means “low speed and low volume”. There is a sign east of Rogers on 3rd. that says “No through trucks on 3rd St” but it is old and very faded. New sign needed. Also it might be effective to have a sign at Jackson and 3rd also. Thank you for considering this concern.

Please add more signage to 3rd and Rogers St. to discourage through traffic on W 3rd St. especially large trucks and vehicles with trailers. 4th St. & 3rd St. & Howe are all designated “neighborhood residential street” in the Bloomington Transportation Plan. I am asking if a similar sign could be newly added to the two sign posts at Rogers that are of a picture of a black truck with a red circle crossing it out, add the written signs underneath that, is that possible? The corner of Winslow Drive and Allendale Drive has many reflective "stick" posts that are bolted to the street that are damaged or missing. These are in the eastbound lane of Winslow when turning south onto Allendale. Can these be repaired or replaced? Alternatively, since a dedicated right-turn lane exists at this intersection for turning south onto Allendale, can these posts be removed so the right-turn lane can be used again? Why was it determined that the right-turn lane can’t be used any longer? If the right-turn lane cannot be used, can that pavement be removed and the land converted to grass or a landscape bed?

People park on Driscoll at corner of Washington AT the stop sign. Essentially makes the street one way. Also you can’t see the speed limit sign in the Driscoll block from walnut to Washington. New building also has no curbing painting for corner of alley along with fire hydrant !!!
