This location needs a street sign indicating that Hathaway Courts is a dead end (or a no through street sign). Numerous vehicles each day come down the street in an attempt to get to the parking lot for the tennis courts at Southeast Park. A sign would reduce the traffic that comes down the street looking for the park.

MCKEE STATED THAT HIS NEIGHBOR IS PARKING HIS CARS IN THE ALLEY AND BLOCKING IT FROM ANYONE TRYING TO DRIVE THROUGH IT.
