300 Block of East Kirkwood Avenue- the pedestrian mid block crossing signs in front of Chipolte & Tracks are completely blocked by tree branches.
There needs to be a sign on Rockport as you go up the hill to Country View that there is a hidden drive. He knows someone has been killed here before, and today he was rear ended. There needs to be some sort of warning.
There is a street name sign at Franklin and 3rd Street that is bent over at an angle, located in the northwest corner. I believe this sign pre-dated the project and may not be necessary now that the street names are overhead on the signal structure.

If you are going E on 3rd at Lincoln, the left turn arrow comes on even when there is no one in the lane.
During counts this morning, Eli observed that the pedestrian signal at Cory and 3rd was cycling through the walk and don't walk symbols while the light remained green. Is it supposed to cycle through like that or should the walking symbol stay on until detection is triggered?
Eli was counting at 3rd and Kimble this morning and reports the same observation as Cory with the pedestrian indicator cycling apart from the vehicular indicator. Also, the detection for the north leg was inconsistent.
We have received a complaint (Mary Frazier, 349-3100) that it is difficult to pull out of the old Monroe County Bank parking lot on E 4th Street. The lot is on the North side of 4th in the 300 block, just East of the alley and now owned by Old National Bank. As you can see, the curbs are only painted back a few feet from the exit. Would it be possible to have the curbs painted back 15 feet to the East of the lot?
