The installation of two islands in the left turn lane is a big mistake. This creates the potential for a huge backup of traffic headed north on Kinser. The solution is to remove the islands and allow for a left turn lane for cars wanting to turn onto Parrish Ave. and shop at Kroger.

Please repaint the cross-walks on E 3rd St and College Mall Road, especially in the vicinity of College Mall. I walk almost everywhere, and it is very dangerous to cross major intersections--especially at night--where the cross-walk paint has either rubbed off entirely or faded so as to be barely visible.
