Cars driving on Adams St between2nd and Allen Sts drive very fast. No speed limits posted. Pedestrians and bicyclists must travel in road because sidewalks are not completed. Vehicle speeds are dangerously fast. Needs traffic calming
Both Hillside drive and High Street are heavily used. Hillside is a major east west thoroughfare and High street is a commonly used to go north to south and skip utilizing college mall and south Sare Roads. Moores pike / Hillside Drive and West Country Club / East winslow drive / East Rogers Road all deserve added lanes of travel. Going east to west in this city is painfully slow which causes a lot of dangerous driving situations. The roads are way to narrow as it is and distracted (or mechanical issues / health issues / Construction / etc) oncoming drivers leave very little room to avoid a head on collision.
People are regularly parking in front of the fire hydrant on Berkley North Court. Is there a way to get the curb painted, to make it more obvious that there is a hydrant that should not be blocked? Thank you.

Corner of East 7th and N. Clark St. The 4 way stop was missing a stop sign as of the early evening (roughly 6:40PM) on Sunday, Jan. 15. Specifically, if you are eastbound on 7th street, the stop sign for you is the one that's missing. The other three were still there. My apologies, but I didn't think to take a photograph documenting this.
On IN-45/46 bypass just west of N Walnut intersection, ice on bridge over old state Rd 37 is so bad cars are routinely not able to stop and are rear ending each other. Reported to INDOT, but dangerous!
Natural gas workers heavy equipment has been parking on the 900 block of East Side drive for several months. The daily noise is the biggest, though not only problem. Each day, their work takes them further from this location, yet they return to this spot to park. It is an unfair burden to have the source of this extraordinary disruption in our faces for so long. Please require them to find another location to park. I have a sleep disorder and this noise has become a threat to my health, as well as a disruption to the peace of our neighborhood -- for months!

Dear Government, I have been living here for about 13 years, and in this time it has become clear to me that there is a problem at the intersection between Rusgan Drive and Ramble Road West. You see this intersection has been my bus stop for years, and whether it's the dark of morning when I leave or daylight when I get back people speed right by as if there were no speed limit. This is only made worse by the fact that the intersection is half blind because it lies at the bottom of a small hill. So for the well being of myself and the children of the neighborhood I am requesting that this intersection be changed to a three way stop. I believe this would force the people of the neighborhood to drive at a more reasonable speed and therefore make my street much safer. I believe my neighbor across the street, the father of a small child, previously wrote the city requesting the same thing. I myself am just a teenager. So you know that once the problem has reached the point where a teenager takes time where they could have been doing nothing to write the city about traffic regulation, it's probably not just nothing. And considering others have written about this in the past, I frankly find it foolish to wait until someone actually gets hurt to take action. Thank you for your time and consideration, P.S. There has been a white Lincoln car broken down on the side of the street with a temporary license plate that expired in September. The vehicle obviously doesn't run and is turning what would be a 2 lane road into a one lane road. Please send an officer out to mark it for removal as its causing traffic limitations on the street. The car is located on South Sowder Sq.
