There is a fence haphazardly placed in the alley behind Malibu Grill that is sticking out into the alley that it meets going east west with a pole sticking out, blocking it that I just hit my car on

This car and the one parked near it block the alley almost every night and early morning. Emergency vehicles can't get through and neither can regular vehicles. It's in the alley behind Parker Mgmt

The house in the alley directly behind 620 N Walnut keeps parking in the alley, blocking it overnight. Traffic can't get around and emergency services will be affected. This is an ongoing problem with that house.

I am writing to recommend adding signage to help reduce vehicle speeds at the intersection of W Bayles Road and N Northwoods Lane. This area frequently experiences traffic traveling above the posted speed limit, which creates a safety concern.
Additionally, when turning east from N Northwoods Lane, visibility of oncoming traffic from the east is extremely limited. Adding signage or other measures would alert drivers traveling west on W Bayles Road that there is a hidden intersection ahead, improving overall safety.
Could you advise if additional signage is possible or if Monroe County has other recommendations to address this issue?
Thank you for your time and consideration.

On Monday, November 17, 2025 at approximately 1:48 PM, a City of Bloomington Parking Enforcement vehicle was parked directly in front of the air pump at Circle K, 527 E Third St, Bloomington, IN 47401, blocking public access to the equipment.
This is not a designated parking space and the vehicle obstructed use of a paid utility intended for customers. I’ve attached photos showing the vehicle, its placement, and the blocked equipment.
I’m submitting this so it can be documented and forwarded to the appropriate supervisor. City enforcement staff should be held to the same parking standards applied to the public.
Thank you.

Traveling north on Lower Cascades Park Rd., just north of the entrance to IMI Concrete, there is a traffic hazard on the northbound lane. For several weeks I have noticed water coming down the hill and spilling onto the road. Normally this would not be so much an issue, but it is now washing newly-fallen leaves from the hillside's trees onto the roadway as well, making it a slippery stretch of road. As there are leaves on the hillside all the time, it's potentially hazardous, but moreso now. Where is this water coming from? It's not seen on other parts of the roadway, but has been consistently here the past few weeks I've traveled it. Thanks for investigating!

Many students cross 3rd st to catch the bus from summerhouse. Either by third street apartments or Mr hibachi. The road is hilly enough that visibility is not ideal and traffic is increasing in this area plus cars go fast to and from brown county. It would be ideal to have a cross walk and signage in this area.

Would like to see pedestrian signage or repainting of crosswalk, added reflectors. Have seen increase in pedestrians since more residential built and football games. Have seen pedestrians struggle to cross street and has concerns of accidents that could happen near our business.
