There is a dumpster in the eastbound lane as you turn onto Elliston from Bainbridge, it’s an issue if you’re attempting to turn and someone is at the intersection, also creates a bit of an unsafe situation when kids are waiting for the bus.
A tree went down in front of our house due to tonight's storm, causing traffic on High St to have to swerve around it.

Filed U Report 207188. I’m reading updates and misinformation. The cross- street I filed on is Smith Road not Smith Pike. And I did not ask for additional police presence. They already do that to catch speeders. We need speed bumps and the speed sign like they have on Hillside around the corner from us. There’s more speeders on Smith Rd than Hillside.
Summit Elementary’s new road that connects to the neighborhood/woods is missing a yield or stop sign. It connects to traffic that is already moving and I think this is a dangerous situation. I hope someone can come and assess it.
This Subaru has been parked continuously from December 9th/Tueday a.m. through December 11th/Thursday pm, then parked in the same spot later December 11/Thursday p.m to December 12/Friday as I submit this report.The license plate is “Indiana LWDBB”. I simply want this to be documented with the City of Bloomington .I have other photos of this Subaru with time stamps for each day and I suspect this car managed to be moved just short of the 72 hour threshold for a car being tagged as a possibly being abandoned. FWIW, this is a chronic problem on the 900 south block of Eastside Drive. We have cars parked daily/overnight and these are students that live in the Maxwell Terrace apartments and avoid an added monthly parking fee by Maxwell Terrace by using Eastside Drive as their free open air parking 24/7. The daily numbers swell as the academic year advances. I’m not expecting any action on this car from Parking Enforcement. I just want the information to be documented for future issues. Red Ford 150 Truck with Indiana License Plate: TK1260XW always parked on the streets on the "No parking" side. Parked right in front of our driveway and hard to take our vehicle out with near miss happening more than once. Obstruction to USPS delivery trucks, garbage trucks and snow trucks. They have 3 vehicles and 1 Boat. All 3 vehicles parked outside garage with 1 vehicle on street at all times.

Tap Rd.,Country Club Dr.& Winslow Rd., speeding in residential neighborhoods. This has gotten worse since the summer. We have a orange Forb Mustang that lives or visits a friend at Fairview Apartments that is supper load & going super fast out of those apartments. They race down this road back & forth in the even when the traffic settles down from rush hours of 4-7pm.
When turning right from S Highland Ave onto E Hillside Drive, vegetation on the left badly blocks the view of oncoming traffic on Hillside. You have to nose your car well out into the street to be able to see to the left and verify that it is safe to turn right onto Hillside. Please have that vegetation trimmed.
