We have had decreasing water pressure since lunchtime today. Now we have no water coming into the house.

Good morning. My name is Kevin. About two months ago I put in a ureport stating that my pipes were vibrating. You sent someone out and they checked and there was no air in the pipes. Since then I have had two plumbers out and also American Leak Detection to verify there was not a leak. They have not been able to find any issues with anything in my house. They thought it was an issue with the new water heater that was put in. They removed the water heater from the water system and the issue continued. The issue that I am having is that sometimes I will hear vibrating in the pipes and other times it will sound like a car engine running. Sometimes it will last a few seconds and then stop other it will last hours. The starts randomly. I will go to bed and nothing and when I wake up it will be making the noise. The issue will stop once I shut the water to the house off. Also if I check my water usage, I am using no water. If I check my neighbors which is in the same hole as mine their water meter is running about a gallon a minute when my pipes are making the noise. When my pipes are quiet their water is not moving at all. If you have any ideas what could be causing the issue please let me know. Your staff lowered my water meter manhole last week and said they would be here this week to lower the line below the surface. Just checking on the status. There is water in the box also.

The last time my water meter was read, the lid didn't latch when the reader returned it. Now that spring is here, I'm a bit worried it could be a tripping hazard if a kid stepped on it. 3409 S McDougal Ct Bloomington, IN 47403 Work order sent out 4/1/19 to secure meter lid
