Constant water discharge from MC Highway Dept Outlet 43 pictured above. Inspection of first upstream storm drain (690) of outlet 43 revealed no flow. Property owner reported that CBU has previously repaired water line between outlet 43 and storm drain 690. Water discharge is at a constant rate, even during periods of dry weather.

4400 S Calloway ct. 47401 Cory Blackwell We have a water leak at our main in our yard. Our normal bill is around 40 dollars and our last one was over 160 dollars. This has happened once before about 2 years ago. The city came out and looked at it saying that it was on there end and they kindly fixed it for us... i think we have the same issue again. This is my third time trying to submit this concern. There is a broken small manhole cover near a fire hydrant on Weatherstone Lane. I took a photo but I think uploading it is crashing my submittals so I’m trying this one without. Thanks.
