Need water turned on asap
Our water recently has dramatically dropped in water pressure and heat. I was wondering what could possibly have changed? We are up-to-date on our bills.
There’s no water at my house & most likely others houses
The water meter is leaking severally at this location and is causing large water usage alerts to us. Please fix immediately and adjust our billing due to it being on your end.
Water is shut off at main; had a leak now need it turned back on asap!!!
There is excessive water usage taking place at this property. It has been occurring for over a week. We have notified you that we believe the leak is on the City's side. We have no running water in our home as of this morning. My bills are always paid on time, just wanting to know if there is some other issue going on that I should know about. Please contact me as soon a possible. Thank you
The main water line from the meter to the house was leaking. It is galvanized pipe and extremely rusty. I removed the pipe but I can not find the right kind of fitting to connect the PEX pipe to the meter. Where can I get that fitting? I called the other day and spoke with someone but they could not help me. Thank you.
