The woman's restroom on the second floor of City Hall, bathroom stall #2, has been having difficulties flushing for the past few months. Had to flush four times to get anything down
Following the fiber optic utility work done the week of July 23rd we are experiencing bubbling and slow drainage and back flow throughout our house. We have ran snakes through the drains and have found no blockages within our property.
During heavy rains, we have been having sewage backing up into our basement. I suspect the cause may be rain water entering the sewer system through this manhole.
I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Correction to case #187344: Current destination pool of effluent is on the *NE* corner of Lincoln/10th, not NW.
See case #187164: Water is still flowing from house. The stream begins in the alley coming from the NE corner of the house, then moving south down the alley to Cottage Grove. The sewage water then travels east along the north edge of Cottage Grove to Lincoln. The sewage water then forms a pool on the NW corner of Lincoln/CG. The sewage water then crosses CG and travels south along the west edge of Lincoln until it meets 10th Street, where it crosses Lincoln to the NW corner of Lincoln and 10th, where is has formed a second pool. The property owner claims there is no water coming from their house. Please test the water for microorganisms and when the tests come back positive, inform the property owner of their obligations if they want to continue to rent out houses that used to be people's homes.
Please test the water leaking from this house for coliforms. It smells again. Water is in alley. See previous ureport case.
sewage backed up from the utility room into the kitchen and living area. Lessor says lessee has to pay for all repairs and will not pay for sanitizing the area infected with feces. Lessee had to pay to have a plumber drain the bathtub. Plumber found that the sewer lines have clasped
A Roto Rooter plumber opened the two manholes on the street in front of my house and said that the sewage line it isn't emptying appropriately. This can cause serious problems. Would you please check on that issue? Thank you.
