We received a call from a gentleman concerned about a pungent sewage small. He is concerned that there is a problem with the sewer on the north end of Cascades Park.
Customer thinks there might be a sink hole over the City sewer line and wants it checked.
Sewer line is backing up into shower in the basement.
Manhole in the back yard has a sink hole near it, can anything be done?
At the intersection of Wiley & Woodlawn the concrete around the manhole cover is breaking up and it needs to be repaired.
At 7th & Madison, a manhole lid has water gushing out of it.

Customer's address is 2102 E Wimbleton. I spoke w/ customer on 12/27/13 and advised him to contact Renee Rose in the Risk Dept and provided him with her contact #.
At 1787 West Third Street, there was a strong sewer odor in the building.This matter was given to the legal department, per Tom Axsom. Customer was notified.
