Hi, I'd like to report a sewer problem. There is a steady stream of water flowing out of a manhole. It leaks across the sidewalk and then onto Rogers where it flows into the storm sewer drain. It's on the northeast corner at the intersection of South Rogers and Coolidge. I just wanted to alert the utilities department about the issue. Thanks.
My house is at 2308 E Linden Hill Drive in the Stands. In the open area behind my house, which borders on the Stands Drive there is a manhole labelled "sanitary sewer". Nearby that manhole there are 3 or 4 apparent sink holes (one about 18 inches deep) that seem to have formed recently. They may have no connection with the sewer system, but I suggest that they be checked out to make certain that there is not a leak of some kind, that could cause more damage. Water is running across the road, and it smells like sewer.
Sanitary sewer lid next to drive is falling in.
Sewer back up in the bath tub.
Toilet is bubbling and sewage is coming out of clean out cap.
Owner says water will not go through his new homes sewer line. And he would like the line checked on the Citys side.

The main sewage line north of my home is backing up (again). This is a recurring issue. The water/sewage level at the access hole has reached the level of the basement, and the basement toilet has started to back up. Please clean out the blockage in the main sewage. I am aware that you had crews there earlier this year to cut back roots, but something is blocking this sewage line now.
