The sewage smell coming from Cascades creek is awful. There must be a leak in the system.

I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Sewage is flowing periodically out of the drain and toilet in CVS. A snake has been used to clear the drain line all the way to the sewer line, but sewage continues to feed upward. The pipes are full of stolen garbage and it is suspected that there may be a blockage in the sewer line itself.
