FAULTLESS WOULD LIKE CITY TO TRANSFER MONEY FROM ANOTHER FUND TO CORRECT PROBLEM. MR. FAULTLESS WANTED MAYOR TO FORCE UTILITIES TO MOVE AHEAD WITH PROJECT.

Has there been a coliform test done on the malodorous effluent that is seeping out of the SE corner of the yard at this rental address and covering the sidewalk making it impossible to avoid? Or is an obvious sewage leak that has been present for months not a concern of the City? We haven't had a cholera outbreak in awhile now - perhaps that is the goal (?)
