MR. FAULTLESS CALLED MAYOR'S OFC. TO COMPLAIN ABOUT LACK OF CBU DECISION ON SEWERS ON 17TH ST. HE SAID HIS SEPTIC FAILED SO HE NEEDED DECISION ABOUT SEWER IMMEDIATELY. IF CITY DOES NOT INSTALL SEWER, MR. FAULTLESS SAID HE CAN HAVE HIS OWN SYSTEM INSTALLED. MR. FAULTLESS FELT ONE HOLDUP WAS LARGE WATER MAINS ON KINSER. MR. FAULTLESS WOULD LIKE CITY TO TRANSFER MONEY FROM ANOTHER FUND TO CORRECT PROBLEM. MR. FAULTLESS WANTED MAYOR TO FORCE UTILITIES TO MOVE AHEAD WITH PROJECT.
SAYS WE HIT SEWER LATERAL AS WE WERE INSTALLING MAIN ON DODDS BETWEEN GRANT AND WYLIE STREET.
Our shower has flooded with water and fecal matter twice in the past two days.
CHICKEN JUICE FROM FROZE CHICKEN ON SIMS TRUCK RUNS INTO SEWER DRAIN.
See case #185515. Issue continues - sidewalk is periodically wet again near SE corner of lot, likely untreated sewage.
See case #186334. Has there been a coliform test done on the malodorous effluent that is seeping out of the SE corner of the yard at this rental address and covering the sidewalk making it impossible to avoid? Or is an obvious sewage leak that has been present for months not a concern of the City? We haven't had a cholera outbreak in awhile now - perhaps that is the goal (?)
