Problem w/ drainage after sewer work. Can we help? Located in Harrodsburg. Old 37 S. Septic tank is pumped every day. Can't hook him to the sewer.
Hobart Rd. - A mess from Harrodsburd sewer project. Mailman has to get out of truck to get to mailbox. Didn't put back aprons on road. Big dropoffs. Back of east end of Hobart.

topsoil, manure, mud as runoff from farm filling ditch, and accumulating on road, also depositing on Brinegar's property. Highway cleaned culvert out in 1996, has called several times. Soil build up about 4 - 5", so carif run into ditch.
Neighbor built lake, outlet is erroding his property
