Big patch of ice in front of the bus stop across from the credit union. Many people who rides Transit have disabilities. I can’t imagine crossing that ice with a walker.
Ice on sidewalk requiring walking in the street to pass. This is a major student apartment complex so should have the resources to keep their sidewalks clear.

Ice on both Lincoln St and 2nd St adjacent to apartment complex on SE corner. Unsafe to walk on either and needs diversion onto the road.

Sidewalks have remained unshoveled since the first snowfall of the year. There is heavy pedestrian traffic on the portion of their sidewalk along Allendale. Failure to shovel that section is particularly hazardous. There are also several roughly 6" deep holes immediately adjacent to the sidewalk here which present a tripping hazard or potential ankle sprain. They are currently hard to see because of the snow.

These 2 Homeowners have not removed snow and ice from the sidewalks on the north side of Maxwell Lane. There’s only one sidewalk in this street, and it is impassable here due to high fall risk.
Corner lot property with apparently absent owner. Sidewalk on 3rd St. side of property has been covered in snow and ice for past 2 weeks. Very dangerous for pedestrians. Please notify and/or cite owner. Thank you.
