The people clearing the lot at 100 East Miller Drive are shoving the snow into the street. Those lanes have already been plowed by the city and I had to drive through two feet of snow to get past that address. They need to be told not to shove their snow into the street.
Tonight I watched a man in a wheelchair try to get through the intersection of fourth and walnut, but the paths going into the street have not been cleared. Is this city property?
