Complaint was relayed by David Hamilton. Problem with drainage ditch and drain going under Concord. Apparently it is not handling the water the way that it should and is eroding Mr. Burton's yard.
Having serious flooding in the ditch in front of his house caused by development occuring at E 3rd St. & Smith Rd. Large culvert under his drive (3' diameter) is failing. He says it is in the City right-of-way.
Original complaint #602 assigned 11/7/1996. Mable Wade & her daughter Winona Collins live at 1005 Orris Ave. Water is coming out of the sewer above and flooding down on them. Mable wants someone from the city to come and see the situation. Streets came out and unclogged the storm sewer of leaves, however, problem is still getting worse.

snow has not been removed since 1ast complaint, trash cans still out since Wednesday last week
sidewalks covered in ice and snow, especially on 2nd Street side of building
intersection of West 3rd and Landmark, all sides, sidewalks not shoveled from before and recent snow showers.
