The complex hasn't bothered to clear the snow or ice on the surrounding sidewalks for weeks. Very dangerous as the college kids walk this way to get on the IU bus and the snow (now ice) is all downhill towards the intersection.
I am disabled and use a mobility scooter to travel. The sidewalk on the west side of southbound Rogers St has not been cleared of snow so I am unable to navigate. I would attempt the other side of the street but there is a curb that prevents from getting to it with my mobility scooter and being in traffic is dangerous.

Resident phoned to report that some areas of the sidewalk along the Henderson side of Bryan Park are not clear of snow/ice, making pedestrian travel treacherous. This sidewalk is on Parks property.
Ticket #208026 is still unresolved after 11 days. Sidewalk remains unshoveled - it is trampled down by all of the pedestrians. Additionally, the large houses just south of the school on the east side of High St have also not shoveled their sidewalks.
We're in the third week of this snow and this business hasn't so much as attempted to clear their sidewalk. It makes it dangerous for pedestrians who are forced into the street in the early mornings or evenings.
