There is a car parked in an alleyway between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, between 3rd street and 4th street, blocking the main entrance/exit of the homes in that block.

My neighbor at 507 S Jordan Ave parked her van in the alley that runs between our properties. She's blocking my access to Jordan Ave and I'm unable to use my car this morning. She parked her van there on Thursday evening an it's still there this morning.
